CRISPY ROSEMARY CHICKEN WINGS WITH HONEY HOT SAUCE

Special tools baking tray and rack

 

 

 

Ingredients

2 lb chicken wings full
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated parmigiana
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
Heavy salt and pepper
Sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon grain mustard
1 tablespoon Sriracha
Crumbled blue cheese optional

 

 

Method

Preheat oven to 425 convention
Toss breadcrumbs, parmigiana, Rosemary and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix, toss whole wings and give a light crust.
Place wings on a baking rack lined tray and bake for 21-24 minutes or until wings are golden and crispy.
Remove and plate.

In a small pot mix, honey, mustard, and hot sauce. Bring to a soft simmer and crumble in blue cheese. Stir 2 times and drizzle over wings while still hot and serve.
